Anemometer Meteorological Device to Measure Wind Velocity
Anemometer, derived from the Greek word, anemos, means wind. It is a device for measuring the velocity or the pressure of the wind, and is the instrument used in a meteorological office. It is also known as wind vane. There are two types of anemometer; one is to measure the speed of air and the other is to measure the pressure of air.

Inherit the Wind is a 1960 Hollywood film based on a play of the same name by Jerome Lawrence and Robert Edwin Lee. Both the play and the film present fictionalized accounts of the 1925 Scopes Monkey Trial which resulted in John T.
