Putnam Trustees Vote To Close The Putnam Prime Money Market Fund To Facilitate Equitable Treatment
There has been a declaration from the Board of Trustees of the Putnam Fund that they had consented to the closure of the institutional Putnam Prime Money Market Fund through a voting and this would be held effective from September 17, 2008 5:00 pm onwards. This decision would also include the provision of the distribution of all fund assets. Institutional clients are offered the Putnam Prime Money Market Funds which involves an initial investment of at least $10 million.
