Margaret Dickinson, born in Gainsborough, is an author of romantic fiction novels set in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. She has been writing since the age of fourteen and had always dreamt to be in print. She got her first novel published at the age of twenty–six when in 1968. She wrote seven other novels during 1969 to 1984.
