Nordstrom Inc., a top fashion specialty retailer based in Seattle declared that it is going to open an off-price retail division unit of the company in fall 2009. The unit would be known by the name of Nordstrom Rack and the 42,625 square foot unit would be located at Hastings Village shopping center in Pasadena, California. Scott Meden, the president of Nordstrom Rack, said that their outstanding value and merchandise would help them serve the community.
