Qantas Airlines is the national airline of Australia which operates in 144 destinations. It has major hubs in Brisbane Airport, Perth Airport, Hubs Kingsford Smith International Airport and Melbourne Airport. It is lovingly called “The Flying Kangaroo”. The world’s third oldest airline was in the fifth position among the best airlines in the world. In 1920 it started in Winton as part of the Queensland and National Territory Aerial Services Limited. In 1928 the inaugural flight flew from Cloncurry. In 1934 Qantas Empire Airways Limited was established on a joint partnership between Imperial Airways of Britain and Qantas Limited.
