Activists with the help of modern arms and grenades hit the luxurious hotels, hospitals and a popular cafe in the city of Mumbai during the night of Wednesday 27th November 2008. The responsibility of the attack has been declared by the terrorist group namely Deccan Mujahideen however this group has no prior records of such acts. It is stated by the investigators that the declaration may not be an authentic one and further they also stated that the attack has been conducted by an organization namely Indian Mujahideen.
