Horror Movie The Shining Based On Stephen King Novel
Horror movie, The Shining is a horror movie released on May 23, 1980 and is based on the novel written by Stephen King on the same name. The film was a dream project of its director Stanley Kubrick. The movie starred Jack Nicholson who played the character of tormented writer Jack Torrance, Shelly Duvall who played his wifes character as Wendy and Danny Lloyd was featured as their son. It was a big budget movie of $22 million and also earned favorably at the box office with gross revenue of $64,984,856.
