The Hollywood Christmas Parade took place on 25th November, 2007 as the Hollywood Santa Parade with Bob Barker of The Price is Right fame. The original name is the property of Hollywood Chamber of Commerce which declared the event as cancelled as they had faced a loss of $ 100,000 during the 2006 parade. Their projection was a loss of about $ 200,000 if the parade was held in 2007. the announcement was made in March, 2007.
