Herman Frazier Olympic Gold medalist Athletic Director
Born on October 29, 1954, Herman Frazier is currently the Athletic Director in the University of Hawaii. He is an Olympiad and was a 1976 Olympic Gold medalist for his country. He won the mens relay 4 x 400 meters for United States. He became the chef de mission in 2004 for the United States. Frazier became the Athletic Director in 2002 and serves as the worst administrator in the history of college athletics as uniformly known.

The Caine Mutiny is novel written by Herman Wouk in the year 1951. The novel was a depiction of his personal experience in World War 2. He was aboard a destroyer in the Pacific and he describes the changes in morals and ethics in the decisions made at sea when under attack.
