Tundra animals are mainly artic fox, polar bear, ermine, grizzly bear, and harlequin duck, musk ox and snowy owl. Being a tundra animal, there are some features that make these animals completely different from the animals in the rest part of the world. Tundra is a barren island where one can hardly find any vegetation due to the extreme cold climate. Tress are scattered here and there in some parts of tundra. Vegetations that mostly rule the tundra region are dwarf shrubs, sedges and grasses, mosses, and lichens.
