Gretchen Bleiler Professional Halfpipe Snowboarder And Gold Medalist
In a self declaration by herself Gretchen Bleiler described her as a Midwestern girl who was born in Toledo, Ohio and was growing up in Dayton till the age of ten when at that particular moment in life her world began to change as she shifted out to Aspen along with her family. The first time in her life she experienced the perils of what is known as the Avalanche Danger that used to bar her and her friends to go to school sometimes for months. It is there that she learned to climb 14,000-foot peaks and was introduced to Snowboarding.
