A Chlorine Bomb is a small explosive device that uses the pressure of chlorine gas to trigger a blast. The bomb causes a loud noise comparable to that of more lethal devises such as a grenade. But the impact is usually extremely localized and momentary. The device consists of an airtight container part filled with alcohol or similar liquid. When powdered chlorine is added to this liquid pressure builds up and causes the explosion.
