Google Launches Knol An Alternative To Wikipedia By Which Authors Can Monetize Their Contents
Google has finally launched the moderated version of Wikipedia called the Knol on 23rd July, 2008 after about six months of testing. Authorship is the key feature of Knol. There might be multiple knols on the same topic and authors would be allowed to include their names at the end of the content.
