Samuel James Cassell popularly known as Sam Cassell is a basketball player by profession and is the member of the Boston Celtics. He was born on 18th November 1969 in Baltimore located in Maryland. Los Angeles Clippers of NBA have recently waived him. He weighs 185 lb (84 kg/13.2 st) and is 6 feet 3 inches (1.91 m) tall. He takes the point guard position and his nickname was Sam I Am. He was drafted by the Houston Rockets in the 1993 NBA Draft with the 24th overall pick, from the Florida State University and as a member of the Rockets he became the winner of two NBA Champions in his first two seasons in the league.
