Singer Ocasek The Cars Vocalist And Producer Of Three Six Mafia Band
Singer Ocasek was born Richard Ocasek, on 23rd March 1949, in Baltimore Maryland, and known as Ric Ocasek. He is also the former vocalist for The Cars. He has also produced for a number of groups such as Weezer, NOFX, Three Six Mafia, Raffi, Big Pun, No Doubt, Bad Brains, and Deborah Gibson and Suicide. His first solo album, Beatitude was released in 1982. It is rather more experimental variation of the New Wave Rock sound of The Cars. The side of Paradise, the follow-up was heavier on the synthesizer. It was accompanied by a hit single Emotion in Motion.
