The story goes like this the Professor Ned Brainard and Biff Hawk fly to Washington, D.C. to sell to the Defense Department his anti-gravitation invention, flying rubber, or "flubber."

Fred Rogers Center Officially Opened At The Campus Of St Vincent College To Remember His Life
Morning conference on electronic media and children, afternoon tours and a blessing ceremony in the evening marked the official opening of the Fred M. Rogers Center in Latrobe on October 2, 2008. The $14 million “green” building is located at the campus of the St. Vincent College. An interactive exhibit dedicated to commemorate the life and work of Fred Rogers was organized. Joanne Rogers, mentioned after the exhibit that the center keeps her husband alive.
