Gosehn Ohio Township
Goshen's name originated from some of the community's first settlers. The German and English settlers, most of whom had migrated from western Pennsylvania down the Ohio river after the fight for the Colonies during the American Revolutionary War, founded the community of Goshen in 1799 . Goshen was officially established in March of 1819. The first permanent settler of Gosehn, Ohio was Jacob Myers.

FBI Agent Killed In Drug Invasion In Indiana Township Robert Korbe In Federal Custody For Shooting
An FBI agent was found to be shot dead at the time of serving a warrant at a home that is located close to Pittsburgh during a drug invasion. FBI Special Agent William Crowley stated that the shooting took place on 19th November, 2008 at 6 a.m. in Indiana Township. No information has been given out in relation to the name of the agent who is killed or about the person who has shot. The shooting took place at a cream-colored house. It was discovered that arrest of Robert Korbe is made and is in federal custody.

O Douglas Longest Serving Supreme Court Associate Justice
William Orville Douglas popularly known as O Douglas was a Supreme Court Associate Justice of United States. He became the longest-serving justice in the history of the Court by serving for a period of thirty-six years and seven months and retired on 12th November 1975. He was born on 16th October 1898 in Maine Township located in Minnesota. He was given several nicknames like The Lone Ranger and The Great Dissenter. He died on 19th January 1980 at the age of 81 and has been buried in Arlington National Cemetery.
