2014 Winter Olympics Games To Be Held In Russia
The 2014 Winter Olympics (official name : XXII Olympic Winter Games) will be held between 7th February and 23rd February,2014. The host city will be Sochi, Russia. Sochi is located in the south-western province of Kasnodar Krai and lies along the shores of Black Sea. Other cities which bid for the the same, were PyeongChang, South Korea and Salzburg, Austria. For the first time a Russian City will host the Winter Olympics Games although the 1980 Summer Olympic Games were held in Moscow, but at that time it was the capital of Soviet Union
