AMBER S Story Alerts Now Available In Kansas Program Sanctioned By President Bush
It is the duty of United State’s Department of justice to implement certain laws and measures so as to guarantee the safety and security of the public against foreign as well as domestic threats. And thereby in 1996 Dallas-Fort Worth broadcasters along with local police launched the AMBER (America's Missing: Broadcast Emergency Response) Alert program. It was a bequest to a 9- year old girl Amber Hagerman, who was kidnaped at Arlington, Texas, and then murdered.
