Clyde Jackson Browne was born in Heidelberg, Germany on October 9, 1948.

He is basically an American rock singer-songwriter as well as musician. He turned up as the poster boy for the Southern California confessional singer-songwriter movement at the offset of 1960s as well as early 1970s due to his thoughtful lyrics.
