Everyday, either you or your coworker would complain that they are tired. Many of us would complain that either we had too much to do in those extra busy days, or too little to do on a boring day. The true meaning of tiredness comes from your habits. What you eat, what you do, when you sleep, how you feel can determines how tired you are. So, the next time you or your coworker complains of tiredness, think of what you did, or do in the past few days.

Firstly, energize your diet. Think about the last time you dine on Chinese food, or having a big dish of pasta for lunch. Did you feel sleepy afterwards? What you eat makes a big difference on your energy levels. In the morning, have breakfast. Having breakfast can metabolize your body in the beginning of the day.

You will feel both physically and mentally. Have a bowl of cereal or nutrition bar or a fruit to begin your day. Every couple of hours, consume small snacks that can settle your stomach. You will feel tired if you don’t eat. Have a yogurt, or small meal in the middle of the day to give your body some proteins and carbohydrates for energy.

Americans today consume large amounts of caffeine in their diet. Caffeine can boost your energy, but it affects your sleep in the night. You won’t be able to shut your eyes for few hours and you will wake up with heavy eye lids. Those who consume high levels of caffeine everyday should switch to decaf latte.

Emotions make a big difference in your energy level. Your energy level will decrease if you feel sad, angry, worry, bored, stress, or exhausted. Splash some water on your face during shower when you feel extremely tired. Water can be a refresher to boost your energy. Dress appropriately for your mood. Put yourself in a positive where it can boost your image.

While feeling stress, discuss your feelings with others, or writing them down. Doing such steps can decrease your stress and increase your energy. Listening is one of the most effective ways to change your mood. Listen to music where you can enjoy you’re the tune. Songs that suit your mood can change your mood. Tiredness
