The matter of jurisdiction is important. Next, you need a lawyer to beat a ticket. False! Many assume that if you appoint a lawyer for your ticket, you will win. That is, only if there are reasonable doubt. Honestly, you can beat your own ticket yourself. Lawyers can cost you time and money.

You can make up an excuse to get out of the ticket. If you are pulled over, you are in trouble. The last thing the officer wants to hear is an excuse. They don’t want to hear an excuse from you.
