Carol Finch is the pen name of the award winning romance novelists and author Connie Feddersen. She also has two other pet names by which she writes and those are Gina Robbins and Debra Falcon. Some of the awards that she had received in her lifetime are the Awards for the Romantic Times Magazine for Historical Love and Laughter, Historical Adventure, Best Contemporary Romance and Storyteller of the Year. She had also received RomCon for the best romantic suspense thriller.

Carol Finch is a Native American by heritage. She was born and brought up in the state of Oklahoma. She had done her studies from the Odessa College, Texas where she had got in on a scholarship for playing tennis. She had then moved on to Oklahoma State University to do the graduations in science subjects. After completing her BSc she had tried for MSc in the Southwestern University. Before making literature her profession, she had been a professor of biology in a high school.

After her children were born, she left her job as a school teacher for the job of a full time mother. They lived in a family ranch at an isolated space at Texas. After two years of writing, the first of her novels came out in the market and this was liked by millions across the world. After the success, to get more time to write, she chose the time during the day when her children were in the school. In the little amount of spare time that she gets during the day Carol Finch does gardening, carpentry and ranch farming with her husband in their 400 acre farm.
