John since his youth has been working on investigating mathematical concepts and applying them in the ceramic medium in the form of various figures. John has been constantly exploring the clay material and its use.

He dealt in game theory, differential geometry and partial differential equations and was a Senior Research Mathematician at the Princeton University. He is the person who was awarded with the Nobel Prize in Economics in the year 1994 along with the other game theorists namely Reinhard Selten and John Harsanyi.
