Halton Catholic District School Board Basic Higher Adult Education
The Halton Catholic District School board is a medium sized school board located within the heart of southern Ontario, in Halton Region composed of four areas municipalities: Burlington, Halton Hills, Milton and Oakville. There are over 3,100 staff and 29,000 students spread over 37 elementary, 7 secondary schools and the Adult Learning Centers i.e. ALC. Their teachers provide quality and innovative Catholic instruction from Junior Kindergarten through to Grade 12. During the 2005–2006 assessment years the board had 100 grade 3 and 233 grade 6 students identified as receiving special education support, excluding gifted program students.
