Science Of Mind Religious Thought Philosophy Movement

Science of mind is also renowned as religious science or science of religion. It came into occurrence in the year 1927. It was founded by Ernest Holmes. This science is considered to be a religious movement with a thought to be new and upcoming. Generally, the term Science of mind is denoted to the thought provoking teachings.

Whereas, on the other hand Religious Science is denoted to various religious organizations .But knowingly or unknowingly both the words are used in a similar way. Ernest Holmes, a well known philosopher has also published a book in 1926 on the Science of mind. Holmes also developed and established an institution related to religious and philosophical science.

The Institute developed by the philosopher later became the church for Science of mind or the religious science. Holmes has also published several magazines related to this science. Moreover he himself was the student of Divine science and later on he became the Minister of divine science. The religious sciences church was further divided into two other institutes and the split was due to the Religious Science International organization.

But later on the Religious Science International with the other organizations again decided to integrate the institutions which were divided. The Science of mind has also smaller branches as well as other independent religious science churches which have the similar teachings as the head institutes and both the organizations on some special events collaborate to make the event more successful.

The tones used for Science of mind is generally panentheist or idealistic. In this science it is being observed that Infinite Intelligence which can also be referred to as God or his spirits are all similar expressions. The teaching in this science is creative and the thought is also very expressive. The Science of mind makes people to create their own experience and they can learn more consciously.

Change of thinking creates the change in minds of people is the thought and a well known slogan for the centers who teach this science. Science of mind also makes people achieve more through affirmative prayers and spiritual and mind treatment. This treatment has several consecutive steps which provide an individual the desired outcome.

The Science of mind includes the steps which are unification, recognition, realization, release and to be thankful that is thanks giving to get the desired outcome. This science also provides seven very important attributes which is related to God or the Infinite Intelligence. God is here defined as spirit, soul, or body and God is being viewed as all-powerful.
