The dry ingredients (flours through salt) are combined in a large mixing bowl while the wet ingredients are (buttermilk through the egg white) are combined in a separate bowl. Now the separate combinations are mixed and stirred until the whole mixture becomes smooth. After that in a hot nonstick skillet the batter is spooned and the pancakes are flipped out when edges become brown and bubbles start to appear on the surface. Cook another minute and finally gluten free pancake is ready.
