The Jesus cross symbolizes that we are safe from the devils, that Jesus himself is there to protect us. Jesus himself died on the cross for his children. It is because of his sacrifice that we have been saved from the evil. The crime committed by our first parents believed to be Adam and Eve was washed with the blood of the death of Jesus on the cross.

Jesus cross is believed to have been a tree (as said by Theodore) on which Jesus was tied to death. It was a tree because of which we had fallen, that is when Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit while falling in the trap of the serpent. It was because of the tree again that we have been saved from evil, but this tree is the one where Jesus gave his life without any complain for our well being; the tree on which Jesus had been crucified was in the shape of a cross.

So much was the love of Jesus for his children that put his head was low as if he was ready to kiss his children, His heart is cut open showing clearly all his love for us, his arms were set apart while he was crucified as if he is ready to clasp us. In this way Jesus cross became famous where he was crucified and shed blood for us.

For the Jews the cross was a shameful thing, but for the Christians it is a holy sign. Jesus cross symbolizes strength, courage with which Jesus, the only son of God was able to give away his life without cribbing to wash our sins, gave away his life so that we may live happily.
