Breakfast At Tiffanys Audrey Hepburn Starring Musical Romantic Film

Breakfast at Tiffanys is a romantic movie of 1960s, which won two Academy awards, in which one was for Original Music Score while the other was for Best Song. It also won the Grammy Award for Best Soundtrack Album or Recording or Score as well as won the award of Writers Guild of America for Best Written American Drama. Audrey Hepburn, George Peppard, Patricia Neal and Buddy Ebsen had played the characters of the film, while Blake Edwards had directed it.

The whole story of Breakfast at Tiffanys based on a young woman, named Holly Golightly, who was tired of herself. She could not enjoy her childhood and married at the age of just fourteen, but that marriage was also not successful. After her marriage had broken up she moved to Hollywood to start her career at the film industry. But before the start of her career in films, suddenly she left Hollywood. And time and situation took her to New York, where she became a call girl.

She began to earn a lot of money, when she was unintentionally carrying coded messages for an imprisoned mafia leader. For that reason she had to suffer some legal as well as some social problems too. The main plot of Breakfast at Tiffanys was circling around the relation of Holly and Paul Varjak, who was Hollys neighbor. Paul was basically an ambitious novelist, whose just one novel had published at that rime. He had been confused about Hollys work and the other related characters also had the curiosity about her job.

But at the end of the film finally Paul came to know everything about Holly and his confusion had been removed. The end sequence of Breakfast at Tiffanys had shown that, Paul was giving a lecture that helped Holly to discover herself as who she is. Finally the film had ended in the rain, where both of them together had started their journey. The writer Truman Capot and director Blake Edwards actually tried to depict one of the miserable stories of the call girls.

Famous actress Audrey Hepburn had played the character of Holly and George Peppard played the character of Paul. In the Academy award program Audrey Hepburn was nominated in the best actress category while the film was nominated for the Art direction also. In Breakfast at Tiffanys the beautiful song Moon River had been included, which was originally performed by Audrey Hepburn. It had won the Academy Award as the best film song of the year.

The famous songwriter and four Academy Awards winner Johnny Mercer had written the song and Henry Mancini had given the music. Both of them won the Oscar for the Moon River. Not only that Mancini also had given the overall background score of Breakfast at Tiffanys and won another Oscar for Original Music Score. British composer John Addison won the Grammy Award for Best Soundtrack Album.
