The South Puget Sound Community College provides a vast range of subjects for study. It offers technical and transfer degrees as well as an array of non-credit Community Education classes. It also offers pre-college and general education courses. In total it offers degrees for 84 subjects. In 2005-2006, the college has awarded 681 associate degrees, 167 certificates, 33 adult high school diplomas and 411 general equivalency diplomas.

The South Puget Sound Community College continues to serve 6000 students in each quarter through various programs. The programs include Associate of Arts and Associate of Science degree programs for the completion of first two years of coursework for bachelors degree. It also offers Associate of Technical Arts, General Studies and nursing. It provides for continuing classes for career advancement, non-credit community education classes and many more.

South Puget Sound Community College serves the financially backward students with financial aids. The college also poses a proper ground not only for education but also for community services thereby laying provisions for different physical as well as cultural activities. In doing so, the college has joined hands with Center for Continuous Learning, Small Business Development Center, Intercity Transit, Job Center, Squaxin Island Tribe and many others to provide all facilities to students.

The South Puget Sound Community College located in southwest Olympia, Washington, USA is a community college serving students and thereby the society since 1962. It was initially found as Olympia Vocational Training Institute which was renamed Olympia Technical Community College in 1976. It became a full community college accredited by Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities recognized by Council of Higher Education Accreditation and the Secretary of the United States Department of Education in 1980.
