CheeseCake Recipe With Chocolate Wafer Cream


A cheesecake is sweetmeat made with cheese. A cheesecake differs from a conventional cake in that it is more custard like in its firmness and texture. The crust of the cheesecake is more spongy and its filling usually consists of a mixture of eggs, cream and cheese makes its central part very soft. The first cheesecake recipe is called Soft Cheese Dream. To make this recipe the ingredients that are required are fifteen and a half ounces of creamy and soft cheese, one quarter cup of chocolate flavored wafers, three fourths cup of pecans, finely chopped three fourths cup of brown sugar, a pair of eggs, five and three fourths ounces of slightly sweet chips that are molten, two and three fourths flavored liqueur (any personally appealing flavor), one and three quarter cups of soured cream, two and a quarter tablespoonfuls of sugar granules.

Next in this cheesecake recipe mix the wafer powder, sugar, butter and pecans. This mixture should be pressed to the base of a nine-inched spring form pan. The mixture should be baked at 326 degrees for 9 minutes. Blend the cheese and brown sugar with an electric blender at moderate pace. The eggs should be blended in one at a time. The liqueur should be poured on top of the crust. Now again this recipe has to be baked further at the previous temperature for about half an hour.

In the next step of preparing this cheesecake recipe, the temperature of the oven should be increased to 426 F. Mix soured cream and sugar granules into a smooth mixture and pour over the cheesecake. Baking should be continued for about nine more minutes. The cheesecake is ready. Now the only thing that has to be done is to remove the cake from the pan, after cooling. The item should be served chilled.

The next cheesecake recipe is called Cheese Cookie Dream. For this recipe the ingredients are two and a half cups of creamed cookie crumbs, five and three-fourth tablespoonfuls of soft margarine, some plain gelatin, a quarter cup of cool water, seven and three quarters creamy and soft cheese, three fourths cup of sugar (or according to taste), three quarters cup of milk and a cup of well beaten cream.

As for the previous cheesecake recipe the crumbs of the cookies and margarine should be blended well and spread over the base of a nine-inched springform pan. The gelatin should be melted. The cheese and sugar should be blended with an electric blender or mixer and then the liquid gelatin should be added slowly. Milk is the next item to be added. All these items should be blended well. This mix should be frozen till it is set and then it can be topped with cream. Cheesecake
