Francesca Cecil Film Actress Of The Source and The Cursed

Francesca Cecil is a film and television actress and producer. She has appeared in several films and among television series she is best remembered for her role in American Heiress. Some of her forthcoming film releases in 2008 are The Source and The Cursed.

Francesca Cecil was born on November 30, 1999. She graduated from Yale with honors and double majored in Political Science as well as in Theater. While at Yale, Cecil was voted the Most Beautiful Thespian at the Yale Rumpus in 2004.

One of the earliest films in which Francesca Cecil appeared was Happy. In this she played the role of a young wife Sara as the film explored the ups and downs of the 20-something couple on an average Sunday. Later she played supporting roles in films like Rush Hour 3 in which she appeared as the number 5 dressing room girl as well as in Naked Run where was seen as a reporter.

Recently Cecil has been seen in film like the Face of Crime, Starlight Mint, One Step One Rep and Tenebrous. In Face of Crime Cecil appeared as the wife of Roger McCallister who helps her husband to rob a 7-11 store. She has had substantial roles in film like Proof where she played the role of Catherine and in Dangerous Liaisons where she appeared as Mme Tourvel. In 2008 Francesca Cecil will be seen in The Cursed and in The Source, which she has also co-produced.

Francesca Cecil started acting in television series since 2005 when she appeared in two episodes of Sleeper Cell. This was a critically acclaimed drama series about an FBI agent trying to infiltrate a terrorist sleeper cell. In 2006 Cecil made a couple of appearances in the television series Rescue Me which was about the emotional and professional turmoils of a New York firefighter Tommy Gavin and his co-workers at Engine 62.

In the year 2007 Francesca Cecil landed a more substantial role in the television romantic drama American Heiress. In this telenovella, Cecil appeared for nine episodes as Nurse Wakefield. The drama series was about a beautiful heiress who is forced to take the assistance of a roughneck pilot and eventually falls in love with him. Currently Cecil is looking forward to her film releases lined up in 2008, especially The Source which she has co-produced. Category
