Thus the primary objective of these health care centers is to provide treatment for the people affected by some sort of disease and to suggest them ways in order prevent its further occurrence. The healthcare organization aims at promoting the ways of maintaining good health and livelihood among the people living all over the worlds. The organization, which is run by the Government of the United Kingdom, is named the National Health Service. It is one of the most honorable organizations of the world.
It was the United Kingdom that urged all the countries, irrespective of whether they are developed or developing, to set up these health care centers in order to monitor the prevention of local diseases in their area. These centers are bound to provide proper treatment facilities to all the people, irrespective of whether they are rich or poor. In fact, the centers are asked to treat the patients irrespective of the amount of fees the latter can give.
Another important organization that has taken the initiative following the National Health Service of the United Kingdom is the United Nations Organization. They have opened the World Health Organization. It was initiated on 7th April, 1948. This organization has been responsible for the setting up, monitoring and the sponsoring of various health care centers that have been established in various developing countries like India, Pakistan, Iran, parts of Africa, China, and many more.
In India, health care centers have been established in almost all the states. These centers are mainly opened in the remote areas like the villages, which are situated far away from the cities. As a result, the people have gained a lot of advantages because of the presence of these centers, as they do not have to cover long distances any more, in order to get proper treatment. And most of them are entitled to give services free of cost.
