One Tree Hill Mark Schwahn TV Drama Series


One Tree Hill is a teen TV drama started in 2003. The series is directed by Mark Schwahn who has led the series to its fifth straight season. The drama is filmed in Wilmington, North Carolina. It was aired first on the WB network and later the CW. The fifth season has commenced from January 8th 2008. The series was first featured to be a film under the name of Ravens.

One Tree Hill was later made into a series as the popularity grew. The drama features a town known as Tree hill and the name of the drama was sought by the director when he was listening to the music of U2. Mark Schwahn says that the name was actually inferred from the high school address featured in the series. Every season was filled with either 22 or 23 episodes. The show also indulges their audience to participate in creating the scenes through AT&T network.

The first season of One Tree Hill was astounding where it all started. Lives of the people in a small town in North Carolina were featured. The season started off with Lucas Scott and his relationship with his half brother Nathan Scott. They are both a part of the college football team but at the season finale they miss the Playoffs due to which Lucas and Nathan part in their own directions. The characters of Haley, Nicki, Jake, Peyton and Jenny are well placed.

The first season continues with tension between Lucas, Nathan and Haley. Lucas is surprised to hear that Nathan and Haley were married due to which he leaves Tree Hill. The second season of One Tree Hill begins when Lucas and Keith discover the news about Dan's heart attack. Dan returns to Tree Hill to meet Lucas, his son, only to discover that he has genetically acquired HCM from Dan. The end of the season sees Andy return to New Zealand to be followed by Karen

The second season of One Tree Hill brings in much trials and tribulations for many characters. The relationship of Keith and Deb is questioned. The tension between Dan and Nathan escalates. Deb ends up in the middle of a power struggle and wants to move away while she is helped by Lucas. Peyton begins to receive uncanny messages from Ellie Harp a reporter. Nathan and Deb pair up only to find Haley between them.

The third season of One Tree Hill sees Nathan and Haley get married. New characters arise as Rachel and Cooper. Revenge and deceit reigns over love and relationships. Friendships fall apart as much is discovered. The fourth season commences with many complex problems for all the characters. The series has received many awards for their concept and music. Mark Schwahn has planned to carry the drama to ten successful seasons. One Tree Hill
