Festival of Lights is held annually at Natchitoches in Louisiana. One of the exotic French colonies, Louisiana gets fully lit up during the Annual Festival of Lights. During this event, more than 3, 50,000 colorful lights are set up on 100 set pieces, fully adorning the Landmark Historic District and the Cane River Lake.
