Angela Marie Buchanan popularly known as Bay Buchanan was a Treasurer of the President Ronald Reagan era. She was born on December 23, 1984 and so far she is the youngest person to achieve the post of Treasurer at an age of 32. She has served the post of Treasurer between March 17, 1981 and July 5, 1983. Being the sister of Patrick J. Buchanan, she had allied him in his three unsuccessful campaigns for the United States President.
