Rocuronium Non Steroidal Depolarizing Neuromuscular Blocker

Rocuronium is a non-steroidal depolarizing agent used as a neuromuscular blocker. Specifically used for relaxation of muscles. It is excreted through the body in its own form through bile and urine.

When a patient is subjected to endotracheal intubations, doctors use Rocuronium for skeletal muscle relaxation or mechanical ventilations. It has become well known as an anesthetic agent. But in cases of large bolus patient the initial doses range from 0.9 - 1.2mg/kg.
