Bilawal Bhutto Benazir Bhutto Son

Bilawal Bhutto, the son of late Benazir Bhutto and Asif Ali Zardari takes on as the leader of the Pakistan Peoples Party on 30th December 31, 2007. Bilawal, son of late Benazir Bhutto, the former Prime Minister of Pakistan is merely a teenager of 19 years who is all set to head the party. However, as he is six years short of the qualified age to stand up for the elections so the party has decided to forward the name of Makhdoom Amin Fahim the co-chairman as the candidate for Prime Minister.

Bilawal Bhutto was born in September 1998, simple a month before his mother stood victorious in the elections and was crowned as the Prime Minster of the country. After the brutal assassination of his mother, Bilawals family now comprises of his two sisters Bakhtawar and Aasifa and his father Asif Ali Zardari. A young boy with a troubled family legacy is all set to follow the path of his ancestors in the arena of politics.

An under-graduate in Oxford, just like his mother, Bilawal Bhutto is affirmed as a studious boy and a great admirer of his mother. Again with a tinge of fatherly influence in him, he too stands to be a lover of horses and enjoys horse riding. Surprisingly, with no stopping in his list of extra-curricular activities, he is also claimed to be a black belt in Taekwondo.

Bilawal Bhutto had left Pakistan at the age of 11 with his mother and completed his O level in Dubai. His mother, Benazir Bhutto had divided her time between Dubai and London while in her self forced exile as her husband and father of the three children was in jail. Bilawal through all these years after he left Pakistan has claimed to feel the absence of his father.

A student of history in Oxford he has decided to join politics after the completion of his graduation. In the meantime the chief decisions of the PPP will be taken by his father Asif Ali Zardari. Bilawal Bhutto, the new name in Pakistan politics bears the meaning one without equal.

As a teenager this bright kid is a keen advocator of democracy and wishes to follow his mothers footsteps. Addressing a press conference in his country he said that he would carry forward his mothers unfinished work and struggle in pursuit of establishing democracy in his country. This 19 year old is also said to have included Bhutto as his middle name naming himself as Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
