In 1941 at the age of 19 an astounding actress emerged from Cedarville, Ohio. Her name was Eleanor Parker; her stupendous acting took her to new bounds as she signed in her first film contract with Warner Brothers. In 1946 she starred in movies like Hollywood Canteen, Two Worlds, Pride of the Marines and Of Human Bondage. Her role play was immensely flexible.

Due to her infatuation with acting Eleanor Parker soon received multiple nominations for the Academy Award. Her influential acting in Caged earned her great reputation and she was highly appreciated for her performance in Detective Story in 1951. She also played a crucial role in The Naked Jungle.
