Sitting Bull Martyr Native American Tribes
Jumping Badger, the original name of the Sitting Bull was one of the greatest martyrs who belonged to the Native American Tribes of Hunkpapa, Lakota and Siounx. He was born in the year 1831 in the area around the Grand River, in the region of South Dakota. His name shines as one of the men who had dedicated his life towards the freedom of the Native Americans from the hands of the US Administration at that time.

Spiny Cacti North American Cholla Cactus
Spiny cacti are essentially the popular name for cholla cactus. Spiny cacti have many species. Cholla cactus, which is a very popular species of cactus, represents more than 20 species of the Opuntia genus found in the North American deserts. Like most cactus, chollas have small tubercles, which are wart-like projections seen on the stems. The stems are modified branches that have several functions like storage of water, photosynthesis and flower production. While discussing the range and the habitat of this specie it is to be mentioned that Cholla cactus is found in the hot deserts in the Southwest of America.

Edwin Hall American Physicist
Edwin Herbert Hall was an American Physicist who discovered the Hall Effect in 1879. He was born on 7th November in 1855 in Great Falls, Maine in U.S.A. he completed his under graduate work at Bowdoin College of Brunswick, Maine. He completed his graduation in 1875 and obtained a Ph.D. in the year 1880. He then did his graduate work at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. He also performed his seminal experiments there. He conducted his thermoelectric research at Harvard and also had written numerous textbooks on physics and laboratory manuals. He died on 20th November in 1938 in Cambridge, Massachusetts in U.S.
