True Blood is a popular television series that is fed by the Southern Vampire mystery books written by Catherine Harris. Alan Ball has taken the responsibility to adapt it. The series was starred by Anna Paquin, Brook Kerr, Stephen Moyer and Sam Trammell. The character names in this respect were Sookie Stackhouse, Tara Thornton, Bill Compton and Sam Merlotte. HBO has picked up the series.
