
Maggie Webb was a 24 year old woman, who became the youngest victim in the Omaha Mall shooting. She was about to celebrate her 25th Birthday of 19th December, when she was killed by 19 year old gunman Robert Hawkins along with 8 others and the killer himself in what is reported to be an act of insanity.
Maggie Webb became a manager of the Omaha store and considered it as big step towards wonderful and successful career. She was working at the only for a few months, when a gunman, Robert Hawkins, opened fire against the Von Maur workers and the customers at the Westroads Mall in Omaha. In this insane act he managed to kill 8 people and then shot himself. Maggie became the youngest victim, who was about to celebrate her 25th birthday. She was also expecting a marriage proposal from her boyfriend.
Maggie Webb graduated from the Illinois State University in the year 2005 with a major in Business Administration. She transferred to Omaha earlier in 2007, from Chicago. Being a hard working woman, she became the manager of the vast 3-storey Von Maur at the Westroads Mall just 24 years of age. She made a name for herself in a very short span of few months. She earned a great respect for her in the store. She was described by the manager as a very dynamic and responsible personality.
Maggie Webb's hometown is Moline. She graduated from the town's only high school in the year 2001. She left an everlasting impression on her school as she had an active involvement in school activities. She was an active member of the school's Crime Stopper Club, Key Club, the dance team and the Spanish Club. She was also an avid writer and used to edit the school's literary magazine. Her multifarious persona is remembered by her teachers till today.
Maggie Webb is survived by her family, which includes her parents Dave and Vicki Webb and 2 elder sisters. Her parents now reside in Port Byron.
