Dennis Kozlowski, known as Leo Dennis Kozlowski, is the former CEO of Tyco International. He was born on November 16, 1946 at Newark, New Jersey. He is the former CEO of Tyco International. For misappropriating more than $ 400 million from the funds of the company he has been convicted. Currently, Dennis is in the prison for at least eight years four months. A total of 22 counts of grand larceny for $150 million in unauthorized bonuses were won by the prosecution. Kozlowski was convicted of fraud for an amount of more than $ 400 million against the company shareholders.

He was finally sentenced on September 19, 2005 by Judge Michael Obus of the Manhattan Supreme Court to serve from eight years and four months to twenty five years in prison for his role in the scandal.
