Orem, Utah based band The Used was formed in 2001. Before launching, The Used was known as Strange Itch in 1994. The band members were Branden Steineckert on drum, vocalist Jeph Howard along with Joel Pack and Matt Brown on bass and guitar accordingly. In 2000 Jeph Howard shifted as a bassist and Bert McCracken joined as lead vocalist and thus the journey of The Used has started.
