Bruce Fein Renowned Lawyer

Bruce Fein is a renowned lawyer of the United States of America. He has specialized in Constitutional and International law. However, he has been more and successful for framing Constitutional laws for the States. In his early life, Bruce completed graduation from Harvard Law School. It was in the year 1972. After leaving studies, he was appointed the assistant director of the Office of Legal Policy in the U.S. Department of Justice. In no time, Fein reached the post of the associate deputy attorney general under former President Ronald Reagan.

However, this was not only where Bruce Fein got the opportunity in his political law career. He was asked to be the general counsel of the Federal Communications Commission, and later on, also received a proposal to act as a research director for the Joint Congressional Committee on Covert Arms Sales to Iran.

Moreover, Bruce Fein had also served as an adjunct scholar with an institute named the American Enterprise Institute. He has also been a resident scholar at the Heritage Foundation, a lecturer at the Bookings Institute, and a professor at George Washington University.

Bruce Fein had introduced many laws and also made many amendments to the Constitution of the United States of America. He also introduced new laws for the Supreme Court and also assisted countries like Russia, Spain, South Africa, Iraq, Cyprus, and Mozambique to frame the constitution of their countries.

Bruce Fein currently writes for magazines for The Washington Times and Capitol Leader regularly. Besides, he also writes a column in the Lexington Herald-Leader after every two weeks, where he expresses his views on different legal and international affairs of the States.

At present Slate Bruce Fein had made various accusations in various cases against the Vice President of the United States, Dick Cheney and the President Mr. George W. Bush as a result of which he has suddenly hogged the limelight in United States. Bruce demanded that Dick declared Presidential power to create military commissions, initiated kidnappings and torture in Eastern European prisons on suspected international terrorists and many more.

Bruce Fein also reacted very strongly when the president challenged the laws that are added to the States Constitution. This feud has created a tense atmosphere inside the political houses of the States.

Bruce Fein also had made a very stern comment on the Presidents Foreign Policies. He charged the order issued by the President which empowered the federal government to freeze the assets of people who threaten Iraq's stability violates the Fifth Amendment's requirement that no person shall be deprived of property without due process of law.

On the 28th July, 2007, Bruce Fein in an interview with The Chronicle's editor John Diaz, he explained that Bush's foreign policies are making Americans less safe, and demanded that the president along with the Cheney should be brought to court for making such offensive policies. Pbs
