Armando Benitez Baseball Reliever


Armando Benitez nicked German was born at 3rd November in 1972 at Ramon Santana in Dominican Republic. Benitez is a relief pitcher or a reliever at the baseball games. He also performed as a softball pitcher, who used to throw the baseballs from the pitchers mounds to the balls catcher during each game. He served as a relief pitcher at the Major League Baseball games for Florida Marlins.

Armando Benitez is also known for his expertise at the fastball games and especially his crafty splitter skills. Splitters are split-finger fastballs where the pitch varies from the baseball to that of the straight fastball. Benitez has a special gaming tactics where he drops the fastball in a high velocity that leads to a low strikeout rate. Here the one who takes the strike in batting gets as at most three strikes.

Armando Benitez became a part of the Baltimore Orioles as a free agent by the year 1990, as a free agent. He made his debut as a player in the Orioles farm system, where his made his debut in 1994. But initially he appeared as a struggler in the team but later he collected 5.66 ERA statistics, which he earned for the post playing season in 1995. But at times he excelled in the game and earned ERA of 3.82 and secured 22 saves in 71 games.

During the 1999 playing season, Armando Benitez traded to the New York Mets as a part of the three-team deal. The team catcher Charles Johnson became a member of the Orioles team, while Todd Hundley went to the Los Angeles Dodgers along with Roger Cedeno. Benitez at first served for Longtime Mets as a setup man to John Franco.

But Armando Benitez proved to be a failure at many instances. Benitez assumed his post and he was named as a full timer in Longtime Mets. While he was playing for his first four seasons at New York while later he performed in the position of a closer for the Major leagues Elite team, but which excluded 139 games. But he as he could not succeed in the different games he gradually became very famous in the gaming circuit. But he bowled for the first World Series and he also took part in several games later on in the gaming season in 2001.

But in 2003, Armando Benitez went to the New York Yankees who offered him the post of a setup man for Mariano Rivera. Benitez earned an ERA of 1.93 in almost nine games before he was traded again. He was traded to the Seattle Mariners, where he ended the gaming season. In the following year, Armando was again posted as a closer for the Florida Marines.Wikipedia
