Ray Romano Famous Comedian

Ray Romano is an actor and comedian of Hollywood, who is also an Emmy award winner. He was also nominated for the Golden Globe Awards. After building a career in comedy on stage he began to perform in television. His own program Everybody Loves Raymond was a comedy and he became the star performer from that show. The show went on from 1996 to 2005 at the CBS television.

At that program Romano played the character of Ray Barone, the sports writer who lived with his crank family members and friends. By the end of this show Ray Romano became the highest paid television actor by getting $1.8 million per episode as Raymond. By earning $3.9 billion Ray had broken another record to get highest revenue. With his comedian friend Kevin James, Ray acted in another comedy show called Grilled. He won $1,25,000 for the show Who Wants to be a Millionaire. In 2001 with his brother he was featured on a poster recruited by the New York Police. In the same year he entered in the panel of top twenty entertainers of the year.
Ray Romano was born at Queens of New York on 21st December in 1957. Ray has two brothers one elder and the other younger to him. He completed his graduation from his motherland by the year 1975. After completing the education, he had planned to become an accountant. But his ambition was to be an actor from the childhood. That is why he created and bravely titled No Talent comedy troupe at age 16 and refined his comic talent to all.
He was being a contestant in the comedy category of a star hunt competition called Star Search but at the beginning he did not get success as a television actor. Ray Romano began a decade-long struggle to get a more reliable job at the field of acting. In the middle of 1980s he had married to wife Anna and had decided to take comedy as full-time career. He had participated in a local comedy contest sponsored by a New York radio station in 1989 and won the title. In 1991 one of his dreams, to perform in front of legendary late-night television host Johnny Carson, came true. After that he acted in some minor television programs. Then he decided to promote his own program and he launched it as Everybody Loves Raymond.
He did not look back after Raymond and got some precious roles in movies too. His acted in movies like Ice Age, Welcome to Mooseport, The Last World, The Grand etc. and the television shows were The Nanny, The King of Queens, The Simpson etc. Ray Romano wrote a book called Everything and a Kite, which is based on his comedy.

He also released a CD titled Ray Romano and kindly donated all of its earnings to the Fund of September 11. He showed his regards by giving one of his awards to a fellow comedian who regularly sent him treats when Ray was struggling.
