Glory Fight For Freedom
Glory is the name of a film released on 1989. The plot of the film is based on the history of the 54th Massachusetts Volunteer Regiment during American Civil War. In this film the struggle of the regiment against Col. Robert Gould Shaw and other abolitionists is depicted. The regiment had to survive against racial prejudice in many forms because it was the first formal unit of U S army made of African American men. In this film it has been showed how Col. Shaw had to face problem to get supplies for his troops and how his regiment had to prove themselves as worthy for fighting among the whites

Fight Girls was a reality television show that began in 2006. Produced by Tom Weber and Scott Messick, it is an original Oxygen series running for 60 minutes. The plot revolved around seven women, who were U.S fighters by profession and who take up a challenge to win a particular fighting championship due to be held in Thailand.

Philadelphia Freedom By Elton John
The song Philadelphia freedom was sung and released as a single by Sir Elton John in the year in 1975. The song was written by Bernie Taupin and Sir John himself as a favor to Elton Johns friend and tennis star Billie Jean King. The song is all about the celebration of freedom and the singers celebration of life. In the song John sings about himself being a philanderer roaming about and hitting the streets if he finds any reason for doing it. He is proud to be born in the state of Philadelphia where he has grown up from a child to a man. The song became a number-one U.S. hit single during the early and mid-1970s.

Fight the Power; the public Emmy’s black power anthem has topped the charts in VH1’s compilation of the 100 greatest songs. This list of the 100 songs comes as VH1 decides to honor the pioneers in rap music once again in the Hip-Hop show. This year it is also celebrating Slick Rick, De La Soul, Naughty by Nature, Cypress Hill and Too Short all of which is scheduled to be aired on the 6th of October.
