
Steven James Zahn was born on November 13, 1967. He is more as Steve Zahn. Steve is an American actor and comedian who performed in both stage and movies. Zahns father is Carleton Edward Zahn, who is a Lutheran pastor while mother is Zelda Clair Gades.
Steve Zahn was born in Marshall, Minnesota and he did his schooling from Robbinsdale Cooper High School. After he completed his schooling he went to Gustavus Adolphus College and later attended the Harvard University. Passing out of university he landed with his first role. He was cast in Biloxi Blues which was a Minnesota production.
Although Steve Zahn acted as Biloxi Blues his first major breakthrough came after he was spotted by Ben Stiller in 1994. Ben took him to perform a role in his picture titled as Reality Bites. After that he has appeared in several movies in Hollywood and entertained the viewers in his own style.
In his early period of acting career Steve Zahn worked or almost in every field of acting such as movies, touring companies of Broadway shows, and TV shows. With Barry Weissler production he toured as Hugo in 1992-1993 for of Bye Bye Birdie. In this tour many other actors took part with him such as Tommy Tune, Ann Reinking, and Marc Kudisch.
In an episode of Friends in 1995 Steve Zahn played the role of Duncan who is the husband of Phoebe Buffay. In the mid-1990s Zahn come into view in a number of films that comprise 'That Thing You Do! by Tom Hanks. The success in this film brought him much applause and he was offered with the lead role in Happy, Texas that was released in 1999.
