San Francisco Marathon Annual Event For Sports Lovers
Held since July 1977, the San Francisco Marathon, also known as RunSFM and a Boston Marathon Qualifier, takes place every year. The race events include a Full Marathon (26.2 miles), two Half Marathons (13.1 miles), 5K Walk/Run (3.1 miles), and Progressive Marathon. The upcoming SFM is on August 3, 2008 for which training programs begin in January and March 2008.
